Graphic Wall products are designed by The Graphic Aware for use in commercial and residential buildings and are suitable for use on interior and exterior walls (see information for individual product suitability)

The Graphic Aware is the creative practice of designer Andy Rouse. The Graphic Aware represents both his commercial design, where he specialise in corporate communication for cultural organisations, and Graphic Wall where he creates contemporary interior decoration products.

Payment Terms
Once an order has been placed payments can be made by cheque, bank transfer or through an e-mail invoice via Pay Pal, allowing customers to pay using debit and credit cards. Pay Pal is a safe and secure online payment system; no Pay Pal account is necessary however a working e-mail address is required. Cheques should be made payable to The Graphic Aware and quote customer name and order reference number on the reverse. Customer who wish to pay by bank transfer can request to do so, in this case a request for payment will be issued. Trade organisations can request a business to business invoice.

Payments form new customer are accepted on a proforma basis only. Existing customer can request 30-days payment when placing a 50% deposit when ordering. As Graphic Wall products are produced on a made-to-order basis full payment is required before an order can be processed (excluding 30-days payment); a delay in payment will result in a delay in production.

Once an order is received the customer is obliged to accept and pay for the items in full, orders will be dispatched in 2-6 weeks. Price and availability information is subject to change at any point without prior notice.

Returns & Refunds
As Graphic Wall products are produced on a made-to-order basis refunds cannot be offered, returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the item has been damaged or is incorrect. Returns must be made within 48 hours of the receipt of goods. The Graphic Aware accepts no responsibility for the installation of Graphic Wall products.

Delivery, Postage & Packaging
Delivery costs vary depending on location, availability is 2-6 weeks depending on quantities.

Quotes and samples can be produced upon request, samples are usually provided within 2-4 weeks depending on availability.

Ceramic Wall Tiles
General Information
Graphic Wall ceramic wall tiles are produced on a made-to-order basis and are available in five sizes: 100x100mm, 150x150mm, 200x200mm, 200x100mm and 250x125mm. All ceramicwall tiles are produced by a leading British manufacture and should be installed using a nominal 3mm wide joint. All quoted sizes are modular, the physical dimensions are 3mm less than stated e.g. the 200x200mm tile is actually 197x197mm. Tiles should not be fit without a joint. Graphic Wall ceramic wall tiles are available in several colours and sizes, providing the opportunity to create repeating colour patterns and formations. Customers can have the designs produced in a colour of their choice using the Colour Matching service. Graphic Wall ceramic wall tiles are digitally printed and fired as a standard glazed wall tile. Whilst every effort is made to maintain colour consistency some variation may occur during the manufacturing process. Graphic Wall ceramic wall tiles are made in the UK and consists of 27% recycled material. They are scratch, weather, fade / UV light resistant, making them suitable for almost any interior or exterior environment as a standard glazed wall, swimming pool or cladding tile (see below for suitability).

Internal Walls
For internal walls and areas not subjected to frost the 100x100mm, 150x150mm, 200x100mm and 200x200mm are recommended.

Swimming Pools and
External Cladding Tiles
The 200x200mm and 125x250mm are available in a frost resistant finish, making them suitable for external application. The 200x200mm tile is suitable for use as external cladding and the 125x250mm is intended for use in swimming pools and comply with BS/EN guidelines on swimming pool ceramics. The frost resistant products have a high impact resistance meaning marker pen and spray paint graffiti can be removed easily. Customers are advised to request frost resistant finish when ordering for outdoor use.

Cleaning
Graphic Wall ceramic wall tiles perform as a standard glazed wall tile and should be cleaned as such. As with all glazed wall, swimming pool and cladding tiles abrasive cleaners should not be used. For general maintenance tiles can be cleaned using a sponge or cloth and warm water to which a neutral, low sulphate detergent can be added. Tiles should be rinsed with cold water to remove detergent solution.
